Delivery terms, timelines, and conditions for all NEES orders.

1. PREPAID ORDERS ONLY
NEES accepts prepaid orders exclusively. All payments must be completed in full at the time of checkout. Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available on the NEES platform under any circumstances.
Available payment modes: UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm), Credit Card, Debit Card, and Net Banking. All transactions are processed through secure, PCI-DSS compliant third-party payment gateways. NEES does not store any card or UPI credentials.
2. SHIPPING CHARGES
Shipping charges, if any, will be clearly displayed at the time of checkout before payment is processed. No charges will be added after checkout confirmation. NEES reserves the right to revise shipping charges at any time without prior notice. The charge displayed at checkout at the time of order confirmation is final for that order.
3. DELIVERY COVERAGE
NEES ships Pan India to all serviceable PIN codes. Serviceability is subject to availability of logistics partners. If your PIN code is not serviceable, you will be notified at checkout prior to payment.
4. ORDER PROCESSING
Orders are processed and dispatched within 24 to 48 business hours of successful payment confirmation. Orders placed on Sundays or national public holidays will be processed on the next working business day.
NEES reserves the right to cancel or delay an order in cases of stock unavailability, payment verification issues, or suspected fraudulent activity. In such cases, a full refund will be issued to the original payment source.
5. ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMELINES
The following are estimated timelines from the date of dispatch:

Metro cities (Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad, Kolkata, Pune): 2 to 4 working days

Tier-2 cities and state capitals: 3 to 5 working days

Tier-3 cities, towns, and semi-urban areas: 5 to 7 working days
⚠ Delivery timelines are estimates, not guarantees. NEES is not liable for delays due to logistics disruptions, natural calamities, weather conditions, strikes, or any event beyond our control.
6. SHIPMENT TRACKING
A tracking link and shipment ID will be sent to your registered mobile number via SMS and/or WhatsApp within 24 to 48 hours of dispatch.

7. FAILED DELIVERY AND RETURN TO ORIGIN (RTO)
Our logistics partner will make up to three delivery attempts. If all three attempts fail due to recipient unavailability, incorrect address, refusal to accept, or inaccessible location, the shipment will be marked Return to Origin (RTO).
In the event of an RTO:

The order will be treated as cancelled.

A refund, if issued, will be subject to deduction of actual forward and reverse shipping costs and a restocking fee of Rs. 50 from the paid order amount.

NEES is not liable for any loss, inconvenience, or damage arising from an RTO caused by customer-side failures.
⚠ Providing an accurate and complete delivery address is the sole responsibility of the customer. NEES is not responsible for non-delivery due to incorrect address information provided at checkout.
8. BULK AND RESELLER ORDERS
